Monterey Chicken Fajitas
Ingredients:
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
1 medium onion, sliced
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's庐 Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup OR Campbell's庐 Condensed 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup Pace庐 Chunky Salsa
8 (8';) Mission庐 Fajita Size Flour Tortillas, warmed
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese Directions:
HEAT oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken until browned, stirring often.
ADD pepper and onion and cook over medium heat until tender-crisp.
ADD soup and salsa and heat through. Spoon about 1/2 cup chicken mixture down center of each tortilla. Top with cheese and additional salsa. Fold tortillas around filling.Does anyone have a good recipe for CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP????
1 can of campbells cream of mushroom soup and 1 can of water
Hamburger Stroganoff. Sounds gross I know, but is awesome.
1) brown about 1-2lbs ground hamburger
2) prepare a 16 oz. pkg of egg noodles
3) Mix hamburger meat, 2 cans cream of mush. soup, and about 2 cans of brown gravy.
4) add egg noodles and put all in a 13x9 pan.
5) cook for about 10 min at 350 (or until top gets a little brown)
I've never had a person dislike this dish yet. Can make it your own by adding things such as onions or peppers, really whatever you want.
