What is the best recipe for negative calorie soup?

NEGATIVE CALORIE is an ANA term which means your body burns more calories trying to digest it than you are actually taking in by eating it.





My current recipe is:


1 pkg frozen beans


15 oz can diced tomatoes


3 cups diced onions


2 cups chopped celery


4 cups chicken broth made from low cal bullion cubes





Make the chichen broth first and bring it to a boil. Then add all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to a rapid boil. Then reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes or until veggies are tender.





but im looking for something a bit better.

Vegetable Soup(NEgative Calorie)





Ingredients


6 whole scallions


2 cups fresh green beans, cleaned and cut into thirds


2 cups fresh spinach or escarole


5 medium carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces


2 cups chopped tomatoes


1/2 bunch celery, cut into 1 inch pieces


1 garlic clove


1 red bell pepper, sliced and then cut in half again


1 head broccoli, cut into individual florets


1 cup brown rice (uncooked)


2 (1 1/4 ounce) packages onion soup mix








Directions





1)Cut all vegetables as directed and add to stock pot. Add onion soup mix and add enough water to cover all vegetables. If you have a smaller pot, you will have to half or quarter the recipe to fit your pot. As long as you have enough water to cover your vegetables, you will be fine. Bring to a boil and then add your uncooked brown rice. Add more water as needed during the cooking process.\





2)This is best made the day before and allowed to ';stew.'; The flavors will be more intense and less salt and seasoning will be needed. The servings listed is for the full amount of vegetables in a large stock or lobster pot.What is the best recipe for negative calorie soup?

1 or 2 cans of stewed tomatoes


3 plus large green onions


1 large can of beef broth (no fat)


1 pkg. Lipton Soup mix (chicken noodle)


1 bunch of celery


2 cans green beans


2 lbs. Carrots


2 Green Peppers


Season with salt, pepper curry, parsley, if desired, or bouillon, hot or Worcestershire sauce. Cut veggies in small to medium pieces. Cover with water. Boil fast for 10 minutes. Reduce to simmer and continue to cook until vegetables are tender.






You know negative calorie anything is pretty much a myth, right? And supporting anything ANA is definitely not a good thing...my suggestion is that you speak to a counselor. I'm not being rude, seriously, I used to have an eating disorder and it is very dangerous.
