Does anyone have a really great vegetable soup recipe? I like it really tomatoee and with ground beef. ?

HOMEMADE VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP





1 lb. lean ground beef


2 lg. onions, diced


6 med. potatoes, peeled, cubed sm.


Thin vermicelli spaghetti or macaroni


1 can kernel corn, drain


2 cans tomatoes


1 can Veg-all, drain


1 can peas, drain


Seasoning - garlic, salt, pepper, Season-all %26amp; just a dash of Mrs. Dash





Brown ground beef with onions, drain. In another container boil the potatoes, spaghetti or macaroni. Drain potato mixture, pour into large pot with beef and onions. Add corn, tomatoes, Veg-all and peas. Season with garlic, salt, pepper, Season-all and Mrs. Dash. Simmer for about 20 minutes and enjoy! Makes enough to share or bring in for your lunch.

Seven Can Soup


1 pound ground beef chuck


1 onion, diced


3 cans Progresso Minestrone Soup


1 can Rotel tomatoes original or spicy


2 cans Ranch Style Beans


1 large can diced tomatoes


Brown ground beef with diced onion. Drain. Place meat and onions in large dutch oven. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil over high heat, reduce to simmer. Let simmer for 30 minutes.








Taco Soup


2 pounds ground beef chuck, browned and drained


1 onion, chopped


1 package taco seasoning


1 can hominy, drained


1 can pinto beans, drained


1 can kidney beans, drained


3 cans stewed tomatoes


4 cups water


Place all ingredients in large stockpot. Stir well. Bring to boil over medium high heat. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer for 1 - 2 hours.





Vegetable and Beef Soup


1 陆 quarts beef or chicken stock


陆 lb goulash beef, in small cubes


2 leek


2 carrots


6 small onions


12 cherry tomatoes


1 small parsley root


2 stalks celery


2 bay leaves


Salt and freshly ground pepper


In a large saucepan simmer the beef and bay leaf in the beef of chicken stock covered for 30-40 minutes over low heat. Skim the froth from the soup with a slotted spoon.





Meanwhile, peel and cut the leek, carrots, onions, parsley root, and celery root into cubes, and together with the small onions, add these to the soup and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, add the cherry tomatoes a couple of minutes and serve.Does anyone have a really great vegetable soup recipe? I like it really tomatoee and with ground beef. ?
This is the best soup I have ever had. Turns out perfect every time. I often substitute other vegie for the ones in the recipe. I hate lima beans so I leave them out.








Minestrone Soup





Ingredients:





1 lb hamburger


1 c chopped onion


1 t minced garlic


1/4 tsp Pepper


1 can beef broth


2 cans water


3 tsp beef soup base (heaping)


1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning OR


1/2 tsp EACH fresh oregano, basil, sage, rosemary, and thyme.


16 oz Can whole tomatoes, broken into bite sized pieces


8 oz can kidney beans, un-drained


1 1/2 c sliced carrots


1 c frozen green beans or 2 zucchini, chopped


1 c frozen lima beans or corn


1 can of garbanzo beans (chick peas)





Brown hamburger, onion, garlic and pepper. Add rest of ingredients except macaroni. Cook for at least 20 min add macaroni and cook until macaroni is done.






Saute onion and garlic. Add and


brown your ground beef, add broth (beef or chicken stock). Add 1-2 bay leaves, pepper, salt, little red wine- taste for seasoning.


Add can of chopped tomatoes. At this point you can add any veggies that you have: potatoes, carrots, zucchini, cauliflower, green beans. Also try pasta, kidney beans....
