I need a really good recipe for Wisconsin Cheddar soup...?

Does anyone have one that they could pass along to me? I love it but have no idea how to make it myself. Any help will be appreciated.I need a really good recipe for Wisconsin Cheddar soup...?
Try this it's really yummy. :)








Ingredients:


1/4 cup butter


1 onion, chopped


1/4 cup all-purpose flour


3 cups chicken broth


3 cups milk


1 pound shredded Cheddar cheese





Directions:


In a 3 quart saucepan over medium-high heat, melt butter or margarine. Add onion and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in flour and cook until flour has blended with onion mixture.


Add chicken broth and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is slightly thickened. Add milk and heat just to boiling, stirring constantly.


In covered blender at medium speed, blend about 1/4 of soup mixture at a time until smooth. Return to saucepan and, over medium heat, heat just to boiling. Remove from heat.


With wire whisk or slotted spoon, stir in cheese until melted. If cheese does not melt completely, cook over very low heat about 1 minute, stirring constantly.I need a really good recipe for Wisconsin Cheddar soup...?
Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese Soup





4 tbsp. butter


1 tbsp. grated onion


4 tbsp. flour


4 cups chicken broth


2 c. milk, scalded


2 c grated Cheddar cheese


1/2 tsp. salt


1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper





Melt butter in saucepan;saute onion for 5 min. Blend in flour until smooth. Gradually add broth stirring constantlly until boiling point is reached. Add milk,cheese, salt and pepper. Mix well. Cook over low heat until cheese is thoroughly melted and soup bubbles. Stir occasionally. Add more seasoning to your taste. Serve very hot. Serve 8 to 10.

4 cups chicken broth


2 cups milk


1/2 onion, finely chopped


3/4 pound grated cheddar cheese


1 cup lite cream


1 teaspoon salt


1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper








Directions:





Melt butter in saucepan. Stir in flour; blend until smooth. Very slowly stir in chicken broth and continue until mix is smooth. Add milk and stir. Add onion, continue cooking on low heat for 5 minutes. Add cheese and cook until melted. Stir and remove from heat. Stir in light cream, salt and cayenne pepper.
