I want the recipe for sweet corn chicken soup?

I wonder if you know the recipe for this chinese soupI want the recipe for sweet corn chicken soup?
Ingredients:


Creamed corn - 1 can


Chopped chichen - 1 cup


Ginger-garlic paste - 1/2 tsp


Water - 4 cups


Green onions, chopped - 1 bunch


Corn starch dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water - 1 tsp.


Pepper - 1/2 tsp.


Vinegar - 1/2 tsp.


Green chillies chopped - 1/4 tsp.


Egg beaten - 1


Salt - According to taste


Method:


In a sauce pan bring the water to a boil, reduce the heat and add the chicken, ginger garlic, green onions and salt. After cooking for 5 mins add the corn and the pepper. Cook for 10 mins. Add the rest of the ingredients except the egg. Cook for 5 mins more and at the end add the egg through a strainer , stirring the soup continously. Garnish with a few drops of soya sauce.I want the recipe for sweet corn chicken soup?

boil it in as much water as you need.


remove frame from water after it has dropped the meat.


put liquid through a blender along with a can of sweetcorn. return to pot n' add whatever herbs n' spices you fancy ..... tasting all the way through to get your desired blend.
Sweet Corn Chicken soup








Tangy and spicy Chicken Corn Soup





Ingredients





1 cup sweet corn





4 cups Chicken stock





1 tsp. White pepper





1 1/2 tsp. Sugar





1 tsp. Ginger paste





1/3 cup cooked shredded chicken





4 1/2 tbsp. Cornflour mixed with 1cup water





2 Eggs





Salt according to taste





For the garnish:


2 tbsp. cooked shredded chicken





1 finely chopped spring onion











Method





1.Combine the sweet corn, stock, pepper, sugar, salt and ginger paste.


2.Bring to a boil. Cook uncovered for 5 minutes.


3.Add the chicken and mix well.


4.Add the cornflour mixed with water and stir continuously, so that the soup becomes thick. Remove from heat.


5.Beat the eggs lightly and pour into the soup slowly in the thin stream, stirring continuously with a fork.


6.Sprinkle shredded chicken and spring onion for an attractive garnish.


7.Serve hot.
