Cut up polish kielbasi and fry it lightly with olive oil. Add green peppers. When peppers and meat are done add sauerkraut and a couple of cups of water and let simmer for 2 hours.
yes i sure do, yum. in chicken broth (can use canned) put cut up polish sausage, chick peas, diced potatoes, green peppers, diced tomatoes and saurkraut and boil, then reduce to a simmer for about an hour. add other veggies if you like too but this is deeelishous. good luck :) (black forest soup by the way) oh and you probably dont have to use salt or any other seasonings except alittle pepper. i like mine more hearty than brothy, so i put alot of sausage and ingredients i mentioned in it. its also great with italian sausage instead of polish sausage but i usually use polish sausage
