Anyone got an quick healthy low fat recipes to try?? Im sick of salad and soup?

After seeing a nutritionist for the last 2 years, I developed a site that has a whole list of low calorie foods, breakfasts, lunchs dinners and snacks.

http://www.myeatingdisorder.com/recipe.a鈥?/a>

There is also a BMI calculator on the nutrition link that will tell you the minimum calorie intake your body should have (if you go under this number, your body will start storing fat) which is my problem because I dont consume enough calories. Hopefully my recipes will help you, Ive tried them all and they are really good, and easy to make!

Good luck on your search!!!

I have a recipe and it is called chicken cheesy rice. First you cut three chicken breasts in to small pieces. You use three tablespoons of butter an olive oil at desired amount. Add the chicken, then you cut up celery, onions, green onion. Add to chicken and cook with it. you can add pepper, basil, and garlic for taste. Season the chicken at the very beginning. Cook this on low to medium and then prepare the rice. Make about 4 servings of rice. When the chicken is done add velveeta processed cheese. Make sure to cut the cheese into small blocks so it melts quicker. Use amount of cheese desired. When cheese is all melted, then add the rice into the chicken and cheese and stir well. Then you have your meal. It is excellent and very healthy, as long as you use low fat butter.
Mix it up a bit. Try soup then the salad. The key is variety.
Put your search engine to work. There are TONS of low fat and healthy recipes available out there. You've got a lot to work with considering fruits, vegetables, and lean meats are just some of your options.
The south beach diet cookbook has some great recipes.
Stop using salt and sugars. Use Mrs. Dash and Equal. It works. Also you don't have to stop eating just watch what you eat.
Fruit Salad... which is different than the salad that I bet you are talking about. Add some low fat cottage cheese and maybe some tuna fish.

Yeah, well drained tuna on leaf lettuce, in very cold fridge, served with above, is not that bad.
Google Recipes on the inet - you'll find tons!
The Moosewood Cookbook, The Enchanted Broccoli Garden, and other cook books are good. They have really good healthy recipes :)
