Recipe ideas for broccoli,cream of broccoli soup,& cheddar cheese?

I also have flour,butter and spices.Recipe ideas for broccoli,cream of broccoli soup,%26amp; cheddar cheese?
Spaetzle:





1 cup All-purpose flour


录 cup Milk


2 Eggs


1 pinch pepper


陆 t Salt


1 large potful of boiling water that has been salted


2 t Butter





Mix together the dry ingredients. Alternately add the beaten eggs and milk to make a smooth mixture. Continue working the dough, picking it up as you whisk to incorporate air into the mixture and make it a little bubbly. It should be a thick, ';dropping'; consistency.





Take a lump/tablespoonful or so, of the dough and rub it through your hands over the boiling water, so that it falls into the water in crumbly strings, like how you would rub your hands to get the extra dough off of them before you wash them). Repeat until all the dough is used up. Drop a few at time into the gently simmering liquid and cook for 5-8 minutes.





When the spaetzle rise to the surface of the boiling water, give them a gentle stir and cook for about 20 seconds more, then drain briefly in a clean colander before tossing with butter, salt, and pepper. You can saute these in a little butter.





Sauce:





steam broocoli until tender, then add soup, undiluted or use only a half a can of milk or water, season with pepper and salt and garlic, and simmer together a few minutes, put spaetzle on a plate, ladle on some of the broccoli sauce and top with some of the cheese (grated), or add some cheese to the sauce and after it melts into the sauce, ladle onto spaetzle, or serve the cheese on the side with bread or crackers.Recipe ideas for broccoli,cream of broccoli soup,%26amp; cheddar cheese?
I'm not sure if you looking for recipes to make those things, or your wanting to use them in something. I'll go with the latter lol.





I make a great potato bake with cream of broccoli soup and cheese.





First peel your potato's, Slice them in round thin slices and lay them in a casserole dish with melted butter, about 3 teaspoons. Then mix broccoli soup with 1/2 cup and pour over potato's and bake in oven at 350 until potato's are soft. Add cheese on top and put under the broiler for a sec until cheese is melted.

BROCCOLI CHEESE SOUP





1 qt. water


2 c. diced potatoes


2 chicken bouillon cubes


1 c. diced onion


20 oz. frozen broccoli, chopped or 1 bunch fresh broccoli


2 cans cream of chicken soup


1 lb. Velveeta or American cheese





Mix water, potatoes, bouillon, onion and broccoli together.


Cook until done, about 20-30 minutes.





Add soup and cheese.





Simmer 15 minutes.

CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP





1 bag cut frozen broccoli (small bag)


1-8oz. pkg. cream cheese


1/2 block Velveeta cheese


2 cans evaporated milk





In saucepan over low-medium heat, place milk and cheeses until cheese is melted. Once all is melted and smooth you may add more milk if you like it thicker. I usually wait until I add the broccoli, sometimes the water from the broccoli is enough.

BROCCOLI AND CHEESE SOUP





1 c. water


1 chicken bouillon cube


1 pkg. ( 10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli


1 med. carrot, grated


2 to 3 tbsp. butter


3 tbsp. flour


2 c. milk


1 lb. Velveeta cheese


1 can of cream of chicken soup


1 tbsp. minced onion


1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce


Pepper to taste





Heat water and bouillon cube to boiling. Add broccoli and carrot; cook 5 minutes or until tender. Remove from heat, do not drain. In separate saucepan, melt butter, slowly stir in flour. Gradually add milk, cook until thickened. Stir in cheese, soup, onion, sauce and pepper. Add broccoli, carrot mixture, heat and serve.
