Does anyone have a recipe for Oshiruko(red bean soup)?

I know it's a Japanese desert. Do you know the recipe or where I can find the recipe for it?

Oshiruko











Ingredients:


Mochi to taste


90-100 ml water


100 g. sugar


salt


200 g. azuki














Preparation:


1. Wash out azuki beans. Soak it in cold water and set aside for a night.


2. Pour water out. Add water again in such a way that water would cover beans. Bring to a boil then take it out from the heat.


3. Pour water out through the sieve. Wash out beans in water.


4. Add cold water and bring to a boil again. Then cool it with water and simmer it.


5. Stir the azuki on low heat for a few minutes until thicken.


6. Take out excess water.


7. Bring to a boil again removing scum. Add sugar, salt and Mochi.Does anyone have a recipe for Oshiruko(red bean soup)?
Oshiruko (serves 5)





1 cup adzuki-beans


3 cups water


1 cup sugar


a pinch of sugar


5 rice cakes





1. Soak the adzuki-beans in the water overnight.


2. Boil the beans and drain the water. Add another 3 cups of water and cook the beans until they are soft.


3. Add sugar and cook over a slow fire.


4. Add a pinch of salt and remove the pot from the heat.


5. Grill the rice cakes.


6. Ladle some sweet adzuki-bean soup into a bowl and put a grilled rice cake in it.
